Shipping & Returns

We're committed to your total satisfaction. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your item's delivery date and we will be happy to provide return instructions for a refund.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

For manufacture direct items, please email us at info@TouchdownGIFTS.com.  Please include your invoice number in the email.
